Refund Policy

Fate Compass sells digital readings that are delivered online. This policy explains when refunds may be available.

Digital Goods

Fate Compass readings are digital goods. When you purchase a full reading or bundle, access may be delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Because digital content can be consumed immediately, all sales are generally final except in the cases listed below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK / EEA Users)

Under EU and UK consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. This 14-day period begins on the day the digital content is delivered to you.

However: If you consent to begin using the digital content during the withdrawal period (e.g., by viewing the unlocked reading), and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the content is consumed, your statutory right of withdrawal expires at that point.

To exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day window (before consuming the content), email [email protected] with your payment details and reading URL.

Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds We May Approve

We may approve a refund if one of the following applies:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product and same reading.
  • Payment succeeded but the paid content could not be unlocked because of a technical failure on our side.
  • The transaction was unauthorized and confirmed as such through the payment provider's process.
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law (including the statutory right of withdrawal described above).

Refunds We Usually Do Not Approve

We usually do not approve refunds because you disagree with, dislike, or do not personally identify with a symbolic astrology interpretation. Readings are entertainment and self-reflection content, not guaranteed predictions or professional advice.

Incorrect Birth Information

You are responsible for entering accurate birth information. If you entered the wrong date, time, gender, or timezone, email us and we may help regenerate a reading at our discretion, but this does not automatically qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Include the payment email, approximate payment time, product purchased, result URL or reading hash if available, and a short explanation of the issue.

Processing Time

If approved, refunds are submitted through the original payment provider. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you open a payment dispute, we may respond through the payment provider with transaction records, delivery status, and support communications. Contacting us first is usually faster for duplicate charges or technical delivery issues.
